LimitlessV21 is a high-performance market analytics platform that scans publicly traded equities using rules-based scoring criteria including technical analysis, volume patterns, dark pool activity, insider flow tracking, options flow, AI sentiment analysis, and algorithmic verification.

LimitlessV21 reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive no less than 30 days written notice before any price change affects their plan.
Founding Member pricing is available for a limited time only and may be discontinued without advance notice once capacity is reached.
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize LimitlessV21 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at tos@limitlessadvantage.live. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for.
The $10 Trial is a one-time charge only. It does not initiate any subscription and will never auto-renew under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital information services, all sales are generally final. However, LimitlessV21 handles refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the following guidelines:

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
LimitlessV21 sources market data from third-party providers including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, Polygon.io, UnusualWhales, SEC EDGAR, and Finnhub. While we apply rigorous scoring and filtering logic, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data delivered through the Service.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors beyond our control. LimitlessV21 makes no warranty that signals will be delivered without interruption or that the platform will be available at all times.
IBM Quantum verification, dark pool detection, and insider flow monitoring are proprietary analytical layers. References to these technologies describe our internal scoring methodology and do not imply endorsement by IBM or any other third party.
All content, software, algorithms, scoring logic, dashboard design, branding, and materials made available through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of LimitlessV21 LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from LimitlessV21.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIMITLESSV21 LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIMITLESSV21'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIMITLESSV21 IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LimitlessV21 LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
LimitlessV21 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 13.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
LimitlessV21 LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company currently in formation. These Terms are effective upon publication and binding upon use of the Service.
LimitlessV21 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email or via the platform dashboard.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
